Travel Booking Policy

For all meetings where the model travels outside her city of residence, as well as for meetings lasting 6 hours or longer, a 30% advance payment is

required.

If the trip involves air travel, the full cost of the airline tickets must be paid in advance, and in some cases the hotel as well.

The remaining amount is paid to the model upon her arrival in the pre-agreed manner.

If your plans change or you need to cancel the booking, please let us know as early as possible. 

No additional penalties will be charged. The advance payment will be retained as credit and may be used for future bookings (excluding any travel

expenses already incurred, if applicable). 

Please note that cash refunds are not available.

If the trip is cancelled less than 7 days before the meeting, 

the advance payment will be forfeited.

Local Booking Cancellations

If, upon the model’s arrival, you find that she objectively does not meet your expectations, you have the right to cancel the meeting within the first 10

minutes. To do so, you must immediately contact the agency or ask the model to call us in your presence.

In this case, you will only be required to cover the model’s actual transportation expenses or pay a fixed compensation of EUR 250 for the time spent

arranging and travelling to the meeting.

If you need to cancel a meeting due to a change in your plans, please notify us at least 4 hours before the scheduled meeting time.

We understand that plans may change. However, last-minute cancellations result in unnecessary loss of the model’s time and disrupt the agency’s

operations. For this reason, late cancellations are recorded and taken into consideration when reviewing future booking requests. Clients who

repeatedly cancel confirmed meetings at the last minute may be subject to restrictions on future bookings or may be required to make full prepayment.

Terms of Engagement

1. Scope of Service

BankModels is an international introduction agency. We arrange meetings and provide marketing, introduction and booking services  and booking

services for independent models attending social engagements, business events, travel, dining, cultural activities, and other leisure occasions. 

The Agency does not provide, advertise, or promote any illegal, immoral, or unlawful services. This website is intended exclusively for adults aged 18

years or older.

2. Independent Status

All companions introduced through BankModels are independent individuals and retain complete freedom to accept or decline any meeting or booking

request.

The Agency acts solely as an intermediary responsible for arranging introductions and appointments.

3. Booking & Time

Payments made to the Agency cover only the agreed booking period and the companion’s reserved time.

Any extension of the meeting must be agreed separately.

Time beyond the originally confirmed booking is not included in the initial reservation.

4. Personal Responsibility

Every meeting takes place between two consenting adults acting voluntarily and at their own discretion.

Gentlemen are expected to ensure that the agreed meeting environment remains safe and respectful throughout the appointment.

BankModels accepts no responsibility for the actions, decisions, conduct, or agreements made between the parties before, during, or after the

appointment.

5. Respectful Conduct

Gentlemen are expected to behave politely, respectfully, and professionally at all times.

Rude behavior, harassment, intimidation, discrimination, coercion, excessive alcohol consumption, illegal substances, or any conduct that makes the

companion feel unsafe will result in the immediate termination of the meeting without any refund.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

The privacy of both gentlemen and companions is fundamental to our business.

All personal information, booking details, meeting locations, and communications remain strictly confidential and will never be disclosed to third parties

except where required by law.

7. Communication

All bookings, extensions, repeat meetings, and service-related arrangements must be made exclusively through BankModels unless otherwise agreed

in writing by the Agency.

Direct arrangements that bypass the Agency are not recognized as official bookings.

8. Right to Decline Service

BankModels reserves the right to refuse, decline, or terminate any booking request or business relationship at its sole discretion if a client’s behavior

conflicts with our standards of respect, safety, professionalism, or the values of the Agency.

9. Compliance with Local Laws

Gentlemen and models are solely responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of the country where the meeting takes place. BankModels

cannot be held liable for any unlawful acts committed by third parties.

10. Payments & Refunds

All deposits paid to the Agency are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms & Conditions.

Once a booking has been confirmed, the Agency reserves the companion’s time exclusively for the client. Refunds, if applicable, are made solely at the

Agency’s discretion in accordance with the cancellation policy.

11. Identity Verification

For security reasons, the Agency reserves the right to request reasonable identification.

Failure to provide the requested verification may result in the cancellation or refusal of the booking.

12. Travel & Expenses

Where travel is required, all agreed transportation, accommodation, visa (if applicable), and related travel expenses remain the responsibility of the

client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any additional costs arising from changes made by the client shall also be borne by the client.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which BankModels is registered.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Non-Recording Policy

Gentlemen or models may not photograph, film, record, livestream, or otherwise capture any image, video, or audio of a companion without her prior

express consent. Unless otherwise mutually agreed by both parties.

Any violation of this policy may result in the immediate termination of the meeting without refund and refusal of future bookings.

15. Zero Tolerance Policy

BankModels maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding violence, threats, harassment, coercion, illegal activities, or any conduct that

compromises the safety, dignity, or well-being of our companions.

The Agency reserves the right to terminate the booking immediately and permanently refuse future services.

16. Intellectual Property

All photographs, texts, logos, branding, and website content remain the exclusive property of BankModels.

Any unauthorized copying, distribution, publication, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BankModels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses arising

from the use of the Agency’s services.

The Agency’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid directly to the Agency for the relevant booking.

18. Force Majeure

The Agency shall not be liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to

flight cancellations, illness, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or similar events.
