Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

Overview

 

At BankModels, we value our clients’ time and discretion. Our booking terms are designed to be transparent and fair for both parties.

When a reservation is made, a deposit is required to secure your selected companion and itinerary. This deposit is applied toward the total service fee.


Cancellations and Refunds

 

  • Full Refund (100%) – If you cancel 30 days or more before the scheduled date, your deposit will be refunded in full.

  • Partial Refund (70%) – If you cancel 7 days or less before the scheduled date, 70% of your deposit will be refunded.

  • Non-Refundable – Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start cannot be refunded.

Note: Transaction fees or bank charges are non-refundable.


Changes and Rescheduling

 

If you wish to change the date of your booking, please contact us at least 7 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.


Refund Processing

 

Once a cancellation is approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.


Special Notes

 

  • Deposits secure time and availability — they are not transferable to other clients.

  • In cases of force majeure (flight cancellations, medical emergencies), please contact us directly with proof, and we will review your case individually.
